Thermal Products

  • Are a range of high-performance liquid products designed for the control of scaling and particulate fouling in thermal seawater MSF/MED distillation plants.
  • All products are available in 230kg Drums or 1100kg IBC.
  • Effective for control of calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide scaling at the high-Top Brine Temperatures (TBT) currently in use.
  • It is particularly recommended for use in plants operating at top brine temperatures higher than 100 ℃, where total control of particulate fouling and sludging is critical to maintaining thermal efficiency.
  • It has excellent dispersant performance against carbonate and scale inhibition for phosphate. it has good thermal stability.
  • Certified to NSF/ANCI/CAN 60 for use in distillation plants producing potable water.
  • Is a neutralized product with a pH of 7.7~8.3 and is therefore suitable for use in non-stainless-steel dosing systems.

  • Premium specialist product for use in MED thermal desalination systems
