Product Selection Software 
Product Selection
Based on the results of the pre-assessment questionnaire of the product selection is done through Lab evaluation and through the use of our proprietary Antiscalant UniDose selection software.
Product Validation Trials
These can range from small basic supply of material only for product validation through to full scale product qualification at places such as SWCC’s Research Institute and then industrial sites. These can also involve supply of dedicated plug and play automatic trial dosing systems.
Performance Monitoring
As part of our aftersales service we maintain contact with all our customers monitoring performance and issuing detailed reports to both our customers and our internal R&D.
Continuous Improvement Cycle
Through the continuous monitoring of our customers systems and performance we are able to further develop our products and look at passing these developments through to our customers often resulting in cost savings and or improved performance and productivity.
